About Yadkin County Rescue Squad:
Yadkin County Rescue Squad proudly protects 37,500 people living in an area
of 336 square miles. We operate out of 3 stations that protect a primarily
rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a
volunteer status.
Our department was formed in September
1973 as a result of community interest and need for rescue services. We are
currently the only provider of heavy and technical rescue in our rural
county and we also serve as back up for our county EMS system. Please check
out our official home page for pictures of our equipment and further
